Hi Nikki, we used Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny last winter with our newborn. They were good and reasonably priced (~$380/night I think), though we did end up getting a few subs throughout as it was holiday season (and sick season) - but they were diligent about funding subs, and everyone we had was good.
