Could you expand a little bit on what the committee is thinking about? Will
this impact all homeowners in Lincoln or only in certain places? Can we email
comments, suggestions and questions, if we cannot attend the meetings?

The Dark Skies Committee is inviting residents to join our meeting to discuss
proposed lighting guidelines and bylaws for Lincoln aimed at protecting our
natural environment and rural character in addition to promoting health and
safety. Bring us comments, questions and suggestions.
In person at the Lincoln Library, Tarbell Room
Thursday January 9th, 7-8 pm or
Saturday January 11th, 3-4 pm.
