Dear Lincoln, town of experts, My dear friend, Oriana, age 35, Canadian, born in St. Cloud, Minnesota, just discovered that the 14th Amendment of our Constitution gives her American citizenship.
A discovery that she wants to activate because she works in advertising, wants to accept a recent job offer in NYC, and hopes to stay in The Big Apple because it is the home of advertising in North America.
