Hi neighbors, Just passing on the results of our little survey.
Thanks for your responses, Melinda ______________________ $25./hr $50/hour if 2 or more are working $200 for 5 hours weekly. Works out to $40 an hour. $50/hour if 2 or more are working $150 for 3 man-hours (two cleaners 1.5 hours every other week). (I also give them a holiday bonus equal to or greater than what I give them each week they come and occasionally tip them throughout the year when they go above and beyond). $45/hour, min 3 hours, or $135 each visit, for one person. $125 flat fee for small condo - three bathrooms and about 6 rooms. $90 for 2 people, 1.5 hours every other week. $200 per visit—3 people,=$34 pp/ hour, 1.5 hours, alternate weekly. $175 -2 people - 2 hours- every other week, $43/hr pp ________________________________ From: melinda bruno-smith <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 3:02 PM To: Lincoln Talk <[email protected]> Subject: House Cleaning Services Dear neighbors, I would appreciate your thoughts on what is considered a fair, average hourly rate for house cleaning services.
