Hi,

The Annual Town Election is this coming Monday, and I am writing to let you
know your voting options. If you will be absent from the Commonwealth on
Monday March 31, you can vote in person by Absentee Ballot tomorrow, Friday,
March 28th from 8:30-5pm at the Town Clerk's Office.

The Annual Town Election will be held in the Reed Gym, Ballfield Road, on
Monday from 7:30am-8pm. There are 2 contested races, see sample ballot here
https://www.lincolntown.org/DocumentCenter/View/98230/March-31-2025--Annual-Town-Election-Ballot-SAMPLE

We have gotten a few questions from voters asking why they did not get a
postcard this year that they can return and receive a ballot in the mail. The
Secretary of State (William Galvin) only sends the postcard vote by mail
applications for State Elections. The March 31 election here in Lincoln is a
Municipal Election, therefore there are no postcards to allow you to get a Vote
by Mail application. So, at this time, to vote in our Municipal Election, you
need to either
-vote by absentee ballot (last day to do this is Friday, March 28)
-vote in person at the election on Monday, March 31

If you're unsure of your voting options for this Municipal election, please do
not hesitate to call or email us.

Sincerely,

Valerie Fox, CMMC, MMC
