Hi friends, if you're wondering what to do with all that garlic mustard you're
pulling, it makes a delicious pesto! We've had it on pizza, pasta, and as a dip
recently and it tasted great and was very easy to make. You can also freeze
some in ice cube trays for later use.

Basic Garlic Mustard Pesto
Process in food processor:
4-5 cups garlic mustard leaves (squeeze water out if you wash them)
½ cup toasted walnuts/pine nuts or a combo
1 T lemon juice
½ cup parmesan cheese (or for dairy-free: 2T nutritional yeast)
Salt & pepper
Then add with motor running:
½ cup olive oil (or less--just until the consistency desired)

Enjoy!
