Someone posted on Lincoln Talk a few days ago about how Connor Soukup is a new 
trainer, looking to add to his hours, and flexible about payment. I have had 
various minor aches and pains related to my workouts, and I also felt my 
workouts were a bit stale; and I wasn't sure I had good form on various 
exercises. Connor came by and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful -- 
confident in his knowledge but also very sweet and patient and not 
intimidating. I used some muscles I hadn't used in years, and others that I 
didn't know I had. All of the exercises he showed me were not complicated dance 
moves -- i.e. the type of thing I'd do for a while and then forget, or maybe 
even never entirely get comfortable doing (as with a trainer I used years ago). 
These were good solid exercises I can foresee myself doing for a lifetime. I 
plan to work with him again to keep improving my form and muscle memory, but I 
think anyone -- from a beginning exerciser to someone more like me -- would 
benefit from even one session with him. (Thank you, Connor!)
