Ok…it looks like I requested one year of data and they sent two years of
data. I had to “hide” most of the columns in excel in order to make
extracting the data easier so I must not have realized that I was in fact
compiling 2 years of data and not one year.

In my defense, the MassDot data spreadsheets are a mess.

In any case, these intersections are still definitely problematic.
