The LOWEST bid was $2,331,135 above allotted funds. That is pretty SIGNIFICANT! And that does not include likely increases for the other 5 million set aside for the furniture and other necessary items for the community center building. I strongly encourage people to attend TM and vote NO. This project is a money pit, and I agree, the lack of disclosure and sugar coating of the information presented is disturbing.
