Unfortunately, our request for bids went out at the beginning of a trade war, making material costs extremely unpredictable. Even worse, the trade war doesn't seem to have a coherent tariff strategy, making things even more volatile. Fault the CCBC for what you want, but this one's unfair (IMHO). One resident's view, -andy
