Agreed this is a great service and step forward. Parents of children under age 4, whose families will heavily interact with the consequences of the CCBC outcome (either way) are in a tougher spot. Very hard to participate when the voting process doesn't accommodate those who can't be there in person due to caregiving (and I'm sure many other very valid) reasons.
