Hi Lincoln! My boyfriend and I are searching for a single-family home to rent in the area (September 1st move in). We're looking for a cat-friendly place (and ideally dog-friendly too, as we hope to adopt a dog soon).
We have two well-behaved cats with no history of rental damage—references from our last three rentals are available. I’m also a former dog walker and trainer and can provide references from past dog ownership. We’re both professionals with credit scores over 800 and six-figure incomes, and we’re hoping to find a long-term rental where we can settle down.
