Signs have appeared on Lincoln and Bedford Roads announcing that "Night Work" will be performed on the roads TONIGHT and throughout the week..
No details about what times, how noisy, road closures...or anything.... The last update I can find on the town’s website (see below) described road closures and detours that were expected for last week but thankfully didn’t occur (the town did minimally invasive one-lane closures instead). And a more general point: the water pipe project was scheduled to start in mid-June and all I can see so far is that temporary pipes have been placed along the road. Is there a progress report posted anywhere online? A timeline for completion?
