Hi LT, We are looking at building an Auxiliary Dwelling Unit (ADU, AKA Granny Flat) with handicapped accessibility on our property with an historic (1695) home. We would be interested in recommendations for an architect to work with. We would also be open to hearing about design and build firms. If you have worked with someone you recommend, particularly if they are knowledgeable about historic architecture, we would love to hear about it.
