Dear Lincoln Neighbors, If you are looking for a full-time person to work as nanny, housekeeper, family assistant, or caregiver for the elderly, I have a complete gem to recommend. Dilma Prado has worked 20+ hours a week for us for the past 18 months, and has been absolutely outstanding in her work ethic, energy, and initiative.
There is nothing she can’t or isn’t willing to do — she has cared impeccably for our toddler while also doing laundry, dishes, tidying and organizing. She even power washed our patio on her own initiative because our toddler was napping and she wanted to be productive. The way she balances being nurturing and attentive with also getting many things done is amazing. She is a U.S. citizen and speaks English (well) as a second language. She will be available end of August/early September for a new, full-time position. Our toddler is starting preschool, and she is ready to trade multiple part-time jobs for one full-time. Selfishly, I would love for her to find a new job in Lincoln so that we might be able to have her for a few hours here and there. I cannot recommend her highly enough (we have had several people work for us over the years, and she is truly outstanding). If you are seriously interested, I would be happy to put you in touch.
