The Weston United Methodist Church is planning to rent our Parsonage as of September 1.
Located at 410 Conant Road in Weston, it is about a mile outside of Lincoln. It is a 3~4 bedroom house located adjacent to the church. The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, den, dining room, kitchen, study/bedroom and full bath with shower. The second floor includes 3 bedrooms with large closets and a full bath with tub/shower. There are hardwood floors throughout. The basement includes a washer/dryer, gas-fired furnace and storage room. There is a fully fenced yard off the rear deck off the living room and pets are negotiable. The Weston Schools are among the best in the state and the Kendall Green commuter rail station is approximately 1.5 miles away. The monthly rent is $5,000 excluding utilities, snow removal and trash pick-up. A security deposit and last month's rent are required at move-in.
