Years ago, the town was always notified.
The Selects and Town Administrator had a tight working relationship with HAFB.
HFAC and HATS would have been notified well in advance if such operations were planned.
We might have been invited to observe/ participate in the celebration.
It was really cool, when we did!
Osprey?
Now that would be impressive sight and sound.
If they are on display, enjoy.
