I counted six round trips on Friday between Hanscom Field and Boston Common. For public demonstration purposes in the Service’s 250th anniversary the amazing V/STOL tilt wing helicopter-(prop) planes landed amid the beauty and quiet of the Commons so kids and we taxpayers could be awed by the technology.
