We use Ricardo Martins. He does a very thorough job and does it right. If there is anything that you're not happy with, he makes it right according to your expectations (within reason, I suspect). He recently replaced a good deal of outside rot, and we'll be using him to renovate our bathrooms as well. He renovated our mudroom, including built-ins.
