Small company but Mike Kilpatrick is very responsible, good communicator, very
good prices. He installed a heat pump for my old landlord and put in one for me
as well. The landlord's house was very complicated (old house with an in-law
apartment that he rented out to me, etc) and Mike found a way to make the
install work. Re: my install, other contractors have commented on what a
beautiful job he did wrapping the components in insulation -- which also means
if we hit our head on them, it doesn't hurt so much. He's been in the business
a while so presumably he has much more experience with old-fashioned HVAC
systems.
