Only one of the three vehicles in the EV charging spots is even available with fast charging hardware compatible with the charging station, and I'm pretty sure the one pictured isn't equipped with it.
Either way, as long as spaces are available, once you fail to charge or finish charging, you should move to a non charging spot.
