I second Gary.  (I got his name initially from Lincoln Talk.)  He plugged a
lot of spots around my house a few years ago, which stopped the mice.  But
eventually they breached a couple of areas so I recently had Gary back to redo
them, and so far so good.  After sealing the house, he left traps to get any
mice that might have been sealed in and came back a few days later to collect
the victims.  I told him up front that I didn't want sticky traps or poisons -
I don't know if he ever uses them, but he used snap traps in my house.
The only problem is that he seems to be very busy and it may be hard to reach
him and schedule the work.

 Hi Rob,
We just did this and so far, I don't hear or see any signs of mice.
Gary at Gary's Wildlife plugged all the holes and routes the mice had been
using for the last 25 years. This is the first fall that I haven't had any mice
and he also made sure other critters like bats and flying squirrels cannot get
in as well.

He was a pleasure to work with and even created a "one way only- way out" for
the mice he saw scurrying around my attic and set a few snap traps (he doesn't
use SGARs that harm more than mice- our raptors and pets).
We just installed a $40K heat pump system in the attic last winter and I am so
relieved I no longer have to stress about mice chewing it up.
I highly recommend Gary and his services.

With the winter on its way the mice have reappeared. While I don't mind
trapping them, I want a more "permanent" solution.  Karla of Aardvark solutions
has retired, and so we just had the company she sold her business to PestEx.
out for an inspection.
Does anyone who has had this sort of foundation sealing etc. done have other
recommendations for companies that will do foundation sealing and how did it go?
Thanks in advance,Rob--
