Dear Lincoln Residents, We share the sorrow and admiration that many of you have expressed after learning about the passing of former Lincoln Police Chief, Allen Bowles. On behalf of the Select Board and Town Administrator, I want to be sure that the community knows that after town leadership learned the news last week, we arranged for flags to be lowered to half staff in the days around his memorial service.
