Hi Kellie- This one is not in Waltham, but it is by far the best Chinese restaurant we have discovered in a long time. It’s worth the drive to Wakefield. I believe the address is 109 Water Street Wakefield. The restaurant is called Bao’s Kitchen.
The owner‘s name is Ying and she also runs the Lincoln School for Children at Saint Anne’s in the field. The food is from the north where it’s focus more on noodles than rice and a different type of spice and hearty soups. I worked in Hong Kong, London and San Francisco when I was younger and outside of those places, this is the best Chinese food I’ve had around.
