I tried using Buddy API to change the resolution and tried resetting on exitmovie but found it was crashing my test computer (not a good thing).
Maybe I was doing something wrong, but I was under a deadline and resolution xtra worked fine so I went with that. Resolution Xtra automatically reset and caused no problems although it reset when I issued a clearGlobals command.
