No, the stub is available, I think. It's a licensing issue. Even though it's a desktop executable, Apple is insisting their license requires us to redirect the user to the QT download site, all because we're downloading the app rather than distributing it on CD-ROM.
Does the Apple license also block including the FULL QT install within a download?
