Take a look at Buddy's baXCopyProgress. I think it does what you want:
baXCopyProgress copies multiple files, including sub-folders, while displaying a progress dialog.

fx_folderCopy copies along folders within a folder, but you can't monitor its progress. baCopyXFilesProgress allows you to monitor progress, but it won't copy a folder within a folder.
