They range from 19 sec. to 3 min. 40 sec. or from 3.1MB to 36.6MB as MPEG-1. They need to remain 320 by 240 pixels.

A lot depends on the length of the videos. If they are very long you ought to use QuickTime (which could even play your existing MPEG-1 files). If they are fairly short you could convert them into SWFs, and import those into Director.
