Yes, I see the same here. G4, OS X 10.3.7, Shockwave 10.1.

On the other hand, in Windows (XP, IE 6.1, Firefox 1.0) I see the reverse 
behavior:
MouseDown - reverse color, but as soon as I move the mouse (1 px is enough) 
while still over the button,  it resets again.
