On a slight tangent,  I'm interested in grabbing a video signal from a video 
card (winTV etc) and outputting to the stage (no record) for kiosk purposes.
Any ideas on that front?

Sorry.. The video format is asf/wmv stream.
I've look around a lot on the web and I think the only way is to try another
application like wmrecorder.
