Although a bit off topic, this may be a problem some of you have
encountered.

I am making a Director project with MPEG-1, multiplexed video.

I have nice clean audio levels when I export out of Final Cut.

However, when I use cleaner or Bit-Vice Helper to create my multiplexed
files, the audio files are noticeably louder, resulting in distortion.

Even if I ask Cleaner to lower the volume in a variety of ways, the
multiplexing seems to ignore all those requests.

When I simply create a non-multiplexed file, the audio is perfect.

Any answers?

Thanks,
Greg
