I've created an Installer in InstallShield. When its done, I launch this little Director app to modify a serverpathname and test the status of the users machine for QT 5 or higher. Then, as I exit the app I launch the QT installer if needed and then either way, quit the app, because its done what it needed to do. John =================================================== John R.
