Maybe it would help to use buddy to copy the executable to the system temp folder, run it then delete it afterwards.

Basically when you run the setup the external application loads, you then click to install and it pops up an error saying file not found and crashes. When you run the setup from the cd independently without going through a director menu the application loads and installs fine. I have tried using BuddyAPI open commands, and the in-built open command within director and neither seem to work. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
