Make sure that you have the sprite actually selected in the score. 

Say, for example you had previously selected sprite 10, which runs from
frame 6 to 20 and viewed the behaviors in the PI. If you keep the
behavior tab open in the PI and say your movie runs to frame 30, the
behavior tab is still set to the sprite (which ended in frame 20). So,
you click on it and there is no longer the sprite to look up information
for.
