If you bring the browser's active window to the front immediately
*after* issuing a baOpenUrl call, that window should contain the
webpage you just opened.
Is this not what you're seeing?

eventually the browser is stuck in background and Director stays in
foreground. Closing the browser and letting Director relaunc, then
