Cross posting is your biggest mistake! If you're on both lists I would post game creation specific things on dirgames-l, and general Lingo issues on lingo-l. This one should have just been on lingo-l.
In your DIR, got to Modify/Movie/Xtras, and Add the Animated GIF Asset, if it's not in the list. Once it's in the list select it, and make sure that the Download if Needed box is checked.
