Hi, Im loading in a quicktime file (.mov), into director through preloadNetThing(URL). when its loaded I create a sprite on stage and puppet sprite the movie to it.
Im haveing trouble getting the movie to stream from the server. Its seams that the movie loads twice!!? I have a progress bar that tracks the progress of the preloadNetThing, after this has loaded and the movie is placed on the stage the quicktime prograss bar then loads the movie also. The whole time there is traffic on my internet connection. I have streaming set to 1 and also direct to stage. Am i missing something, or doing it wrong? Should I have a quicktime holder and then assign it a url of a movie to stream?
