Hi-

I'm making a shockwave file that begins with a 3D cast member on the stage
and in the end is replaced with a quicktime movie.
The effect is that the camera flies into a piece of geometry, and then I
hide the 3D sprite and replace it with a 2D sprite that is a graphic match
of the 3D sprite and then I unhide and play the quicktime.
It works fine in Director, but it won't work in a browser.
I'm not sure what the problem is. It loads the movie at first, and I can see
the control bar, but it never loads the movie or plays it.
The cursor flickers, making me think that the 3D movie is still playing
(even though it's not visible and is move off screen).
I suspect it might be because it the browser can't handle the 3D sprite and
the quicktime simultaneously.
I even tried to change the member of the sprite(3D sprite) to another cast
member, but it still choked.
Is there some other way to unload the 3D sprite from the stage so it won't
compete with the system resources and will let the QT stream and play?

thanks

Thomas
