I have it, and not only does it do video in Flash without extra 
plug-in's (just Flash), it can work in Flash in Shockwave. Here's a 
test I did:

The video you see is an external .SWF (you can see that here: 
http://staging.funnygarbage.com/staff/colin/eclipse.swf). The 
sequence is from a set of pictures I took during a total eclipse (it 
was in England, hence the cloud cover that day).
