Hi! Im making a presentation that will involve about 6 movies qt or avi. This pres shall works on slow comp as well. Quicktime seems to run faster then avi on slow comp but then I need to install quicktime on users comp that dont really like to do because when user put in the cd it should run the projector and the movies automatically. So Ive made a stub movie that goes the the dxr file where I have the movies. Ok my avi movies I can preload in cast. Qt movies I cant preload and I guess it is beacuse they are to big so I use function preLoadRAM.
My problem is as following is it better to use quicktime movies and force user to install quicktime or? Is it better to use avi movies?
