Daniel, Interestingly enough, I was looking around at a few external Flash "hacking" tools yesterday, and came across something called Swifty Xena Pro (an ungodly name, I might add) that claims to be able to extract swf files from Director projectors. I haven't tried it, so I can't tell you if it works, but it may be worth a go.
