Another option when doing them manually (NOT using the updateMovies 
menu item), is that you can also select the Recompile All Scripts 
menu item & get the benefits of Lingo compiler performance 
enhancements & bug fixes.

(There certainly was some between d7.02 & d8.5).

However, if your movie relied on a an existing Lingo bug (not 
likely), this could cause problems

Obviously, test afterwards ...
