Now, if you will answer these questions (all of them), we can start narrowing down the problem: - What version of Director - What version of Windows - What exactly is the error message - Are you doing any net operations - Is this a Shockwave or a Projector? - If it's Shockwave, is it running in a Browser? - Are you using Flash sprites? If so, which version of Flash? - Are you using QuickTime? If so, which version? The dll files should be in the same directory as your projector, not in the Xtras folder. There are some dll's you probably don't need--and some I don't recognize. The only dll files I put in with my projector are dirapi.dll, iml32.dll, and msvcrt.dll. I'm pretty sure you don't need Proj.dll, DirHelp.dll, and Projctrc.dll. Try taking them out and see what happens. PluginPing.dll is only for Shockwave, and I believe is part of the Shockwave install, meaning you don't have to (and shouldn't) include it. So, I'd take out all the dll's except the three I mentioned, and put those in the same directory with your projector. Let us know how it goes.
