I thought of suggesting that too. I've got some basic stego going and
you actually can write binary data into a bitmap's pixels' LSBs
without visually altering the data at all using imaging Lingo. There
are samples online (URL in my sig) under free --> noise filter. The
current examples are pretty crude; I have a much smoother system
going now but have not had time to refine and upload it.
The issue becomes, when we do this, saving the modified bitmaps to
disk at that point as usable external files such as BMPs. Saving them
as JPEGs would be disastrous, as the compression would destroy all
the enciphered data.
This, however, will not stop other image apps from opening the graphics.
There's no easy way to offer meaningful suggestions about how to
proceed without having some idea exactly what is wanted.
