There are third party control panels that can on pre-X systems. 
Beyond that nope, not AFAIK. Unless you can use BAPI to get the 
handle of the DLOG box. But if the DLOG is modal, background 
execution (including BAPI) will cease.

What are you trying to do? There might be other ways. Where did the 
DLOG come from? Is it a system dialog? If so, why is the system 
mgenerating it?
