How about after you make the child object (in this case a sprite with
a behavior on it) you attach another behavior to the sprite just
made, which lets you modify it in some way?
I just kicked up a script for doing something analagous with #text
sprites created on the fly. Check the archives on the list for the
conversations I've been having with nitin sharma.
