I don't think there is. It would fall into the class of modifier keys, like control, alt, option, and shift. There are functions to tell if some of these keys have been pressed--the shiftDown, the commandDown, etc.--but I don't know of one for the fn key on laptops. What are you wanting to do with it? Maybe there's another way to do what you want.
