Not exactly. You do still have the option of saving as QuickTime 
using whatever codec, saving as QuickTime, where it's a Flash track 
(that's what Steve meant), and you can save as SWF with the ability 
to play the video. The one thing wrong with Nik's version is that 
QuickTime is not involved. The embedded video is using Sorenson 
Spark, and plays back with the Flash plug-in, without involving 
QuickTime at all. That's what requires the Flash 6 plug-in.
