Yes, sort of, via score recording. You can make a DIR file using a
template, but you can't actually compress it for Shockwave or turn it
into a projector. However the movie, once made, can be run using a
projector or from a web page with the SW plugin.
"How" is not a question that is easily answerable in this forum.
You'll need to learn how to use Director, and then you will need to
learn how to do score recording.
