All the files are sitting right there in Director's application folder, just as they always have been: Dirapi.dll Iml32.dll msvcrt.dll Proj.dll (insert Mac names if necessary) If either Dirapi.dll or Iml32.dll is truly missing from that folder then Director shouldn't even launch (you can remove msvcrt.dll and Proj.dll though - msvcrt.dll is there folder older legacy Win systems [Win95] while Proj.dll is projector/SW specific). Also make sure to be certain that you are not using a D8 created Shockwave projector and D8.5 dll files (same goes for Xtras), you should always make sure to avoid file version mismatching.
